Social Ads

The first initiative was to drive more awareness and patient acquisition through social media. We build out robust lead generation campaigns on both Facebook and Instagram to drive inbound leads.

We tested several audience targets as well as styles of ad creative, using the conversion data to lead us to the best performing campaigns.

Google Ads

Next, we went to Google to ensure they were showing up at the top of search results when patients were actively searching for chiropractic services. We built out robust ad campaigns targeting numerous keywords patients might use when searching. This allows us to capture high-quality traffic to their website to convert into an appointment.

Email & Text Automation

In order to streamline the lead nurturing, we built detailed automation sequences to pull the leads into the office with an appointment. We worked with software vendors to build an online booking system that tapped right into their patient management software. This allowed us to communicate directly with leads and give them an online booking option to convert on their own.
