We also built and pushed educational content optimized for local rankings.
To further increase lead generation, we built out a robust strategy including educational videos, lead generation ads, messenger ads, and retargeting on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
The social campaigns significantly ramped up local awareness and new leads coming into the practice.
We implemented our CRM platform and integrated with their EHR which automated appointment reminders, review requests, online appointment booking, and more.
We saw a drastic increase of new reviews being collected and a big increase in conversion rates.
