Dominate With
Digital Marketing

Every CHIROBASIX program is built around three outcomes — educate your community, grow your authority, and book more new patients. Everything else we do compounds those three.

01

Drive Patient Education

Build a steady stream of patient-education content across every channel, so prospects in your area understand the value of chiropractic care before they even call.

02

Grow Your Audience & Authority

Build the social presence, SEO footprint, and review velocity that establish your practice as the trusted authority chiropractor in your market.

03

Fill Your Calendar

Convert that audience into booked appointments with ads, automated workflows, an AI receptionist, and a CRM that captures every lead and turns them into patients.

Our Philosophy

The Omnipresent
Marketing Mindset

We don't ask "how many leads can we run this month?" We ask where will your practice be in 6 months, 12 months, and 5 years? The answer: show up everywhere your future patients already are, until you're the obvious choice. Our digital marketing guide for chiropractors walks through each channel.

Omnipresent Marketing: every channel (Google, Facebook, Website, Email, Education Talks, Referrals, Physical Mailers, Lunch-n-Learns, AI Search, Networking) sends patients into Your Practice at the center.
True marketing is a system, not a campaign. It's not about how many leads you get this month; it's where your practice is going to be 6 months, 12 months, and 5 years from now.

How We Launch You

A System,
Not An Ad Campaign

Every CHIROBASIX practice goes through the same four-stage process. It's designed to set up a marketing system that compounds for years, not just a campaign that runs for a quarter.

01
Day 1
Discovery

We Learn Your Practice

Before we write a single ad or line of copy, we sit down with you to understand the practice: your services, your patients, your competition, your local market, and where you want to be in 5 years. We audit every channel you’re running today and build the strategy roadmap from there.

  • Strategy intake call with your marketing strategist
  • Audit of website, GBP, ads, social, and reviews
  • Competitive landscape & local market sizing
  • Goal-setting: 6 months, 12 months, 5 years
Step 1 of 4

Weeks 1–2
Onboarding

We Build Your Platform

Your dedicated team gets to work building the system. Website, ENGAGE CRM, automations, ad creative, tracking, and reporting all stand up in parallel. We over-communicate so you always know what’s being built, when, and why.

  • ENGAGE CRM provisioning + SMS/calendar/AI setup
  • Website build or upgrade kicks off
  • Workflow automations mapped & built
  • Tracking, analytics, and reporting installed
Step 2 of 4
03
Week 2–3
Launch

We Go Live, Together

Ads turn on. Workflows fire. Virtual CA picks up the phone. Your front desk gets trained so the new system slots into how the practice already runs. We monitor every channel in real time during launch week so we can react fast to whatever happens.

  • Coordinated launch across every channel
  • Front-desk & team training on ENGAGE
  • Real-time monitoring through launch week
  • First new patients tracked end-to-end
Step 3 of 4
04
Ongoing
Optimize

We Compound Your Results

The launch is the start, not the finish. Every week we’re testing creative, refining audiences, adding workflows, and feeding patient-education content. Every month you get a transparent report tied directly to revenue. This is the loop that turns marketing into a system.

  • Weekly creative testing & audience refinement
  • New workflows added as the practice scales
  • Monthly strategy review + transparent reporting
  • Long-term SEO, AEO, and authority compounding
