CHIROBASIX vs Perfect Patients, iMatrix, OnlineChiro, ChiroCandy and Inception

Perfect Patients, iMatrix, OnlineChiro, ChiroCandy, Inception and Doctor Multimedia vs CHIROBASIX: services, prices, contract terms and website ownership.

To compare chiropractic marketing agencies, check four facts before anyone's results: what's included, the published price, the contract term and renewal notice, and who owns the website if you leave. As of October 2026, four of the seven agencies here post prices on their own sites, and each one handles website ownership differently.

A side-by-side comparison grid of chiropractic marketing agencies with rows for price, contract terms, website ownership and who they serve

The short answer: pick a chiropractic marketing agency on four facts before you look at anyone’s results: what’s included, the published price, the contract term and how renewal works, and who owns your website if you leave. Below I put seven agencies side by side on exactly those facts: CHIROBASIX (my agency), Perfect Patients, iMatrix / ChiroMatrix, OnlineChiro, ChiroCandy, Inception Online Marketing and Doctor Multimedia. Every competitor fact links to that agency’s own website and was checked on October 28, 2026.

Full disclosure: I’m Nick Fischer, founder of CHIROBASIX, so I’m biased. That’s why this page doesn’t rank anyone or grade anyone’s results. It lays out what each agency publishes about itself, names what each one does well, and tells you who should not hire us. If you want our ranked list instead, that’s Best Chiropractic Marketing Agencies in 2026.

Why bother with the boring facts? Because the expensive surprises in this business rarely come from the marketing itself. They come from a setup fee nobody mentioned, a renewal date you missed by a week, or finding out your website can’t come with you when you switch. You can avoid all three with an hour of reading before you sign.

How To Choose in Two Minutes

Start with what your practice needs most, then shortlist from there:

  • You want one team to run your whole new-patient system (website, local SEO, Google and Facebook ads, reviews, follow-up and a CRM): look at full-service agencies with published prices, like CHIROBASIX or ChiroCandy’s Advertising + Search Growth package.
  • You mainly want a done-for-you chiropractic website platform: Perfect Patients, iMatrix / ChiroMatrix and OnlineChiro are built around websites, and iMatrix and OnlineChiro include large patient-education libraries.
  • Paid social is your main lever and you might run it in-house later: ChiroCandy, which also sells a training program.
  • You want short initial terms: Inception’s published terms start at 3 months, ChiroCandy’s marketing services at 60 days, and CHIROBASIX marketing plans are month-to-month.
  • Your clinic serves more than chiropractic: Doctor Multimedia, iMatrix and Inception all serve other specialties too.

Then read the questions to ask any agency and get the answers in writing.

The Comparison Table

Everything below comes from each agency’s own website (and, for reviews, its public Google Business Profile), as of October 28, 2026. “Not published” means I couldn’t find it on the agency’s site. It doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Sources are linked in each agency’s section.

A note on review counts: they measure how many clients an agency has asked, as much as how happy they are. An agency with thousands of clients across many specialties will have more reviews than a chiropractic-only shop. We have 8 on Google, which is honest and small.

Each Agency Compared With CHIROBASIX

Each section lists what the agency publishes, a genuine strength, and who it’s the best fit for. All facts are as of October 2026.

CHIROBASIX vs Perfect Patients

What they offer: Perfect Patients says on its homepage that 5,000+ chiropractors have chosen it, and it covers websites, custom content, SEO and GEO (AI search), paid advertising, email, social media and review automation, with phone lines for the US and Canada, the UK and Ireland, and Australia and New Zealand. Its story page traces the company’s start to 2003.

Pricing and terms: plan prices aren’t published. The plans page describes three plans (Essential, Premium and Ultimate) and asks you to book a call, and the plan table adds a Launch PAD plan for practices opening soon, a Basic plan and an Enterprise plan for multi-location practices. Its cancellation FAQ says the initial agreement is 12 months, then renews month to month until either side gives 30 days’ written notice.

Website ownership: the same FAQ says you own your domain name, your logo, your own photos and content written uniquely for you. If you cancel, you build and host a new website, and you can’t copy the Perfect Patients site to another host. Stock content and images stay theirs.

A real strength: 20+ years in chiropractic, a clear plan ladder (Premium and Ultimate include an in-practice photoshoot, and Ultimate adds area exclusivity), and international support.

Best fit if: you want a long-established, chiropractic-focused website platform with tiered plans, especially if you practice outside the US.

How CHIROBASIX differs: we publish our prices ($150 to $2,300 a month), our marketing plans are month-to-month or annual, and the website is yours once its 1-year term is complete.

CHIROBASIX vs iMatrix / ChiroMatrix

What they offer: ChiroMatrix is iMatrix’s chiropractic brand. Its chiropractic marketing page lists websites, SEO, targeted ads, reputation management, listings, social media, patient relationship tools, photo and video shoots, an online store and telemedicine, plus a 3D spine simulator and patient-education content. iMatrix describes itself there as a Google Premier Partner with over 18 years of experience. It also builds websites for eye care and veterinary practices.

Pricing and terms: the same page says plan options start from $99. Its compare plans page lists six plans (Core, Trust, Build, Elevate, Boost and Dominate) and their features, including “100+ pages of educational content,” without per-plan prices. Its Terms of Service (effective August 16, 2023) set the initial term in your order form, then renew automatically for the same length unless you give 30 days’ written notice and submit a cancellation form.

Website ownership: those Terms say iMatrix owns the services, including the content it provides, and licenses them to you during the term; you keep your patient and client data.

A real strength: a low starting price, a large content library and a long track record. Its Google profile shows 4.7 from 1,169 reviews.

Best fit if: you want an affordable, established website-and-SEO platform with ready-made patient education, or you run a combined chiropractic and eye care or veterinary business.

How CHIROBASIX differs: we build a custom site for each practice, run the ads and follow-up ourselves, and list exactly what you keep if you leave on our pricing page.

CHIROBASIX vs OnlineChiro

What they offer: OnlineChiro says on its homepage that it specializes in marketing for chiropractors, with 20+ years of experience and 20,000+ healthcare websites built. Services include theme-based chiropractic websites, SEO, AI optimization, reputation management, patient education, social media, HIPAA-focused secure email and forms, and an e-store. Its footer, like iMatrix’s, names MH Sub I, LLC dba Internet Brands.

Pricing and terms: its packages and pricing page lists six packages from $129 to $588 a month, with association member discounts and Google and Facebook ads available on request. The same page’s FAQ says there are never any contracts and you’re billed for each month you have a program, and its About page says “no setup fees.” Its Terms of Service (updated July 20, 2026) add that any initial term is set in your service agreement, a 12-month minimum applies if your agreement states one, and cancellations must arrive by the 16th to stop the next month’s bill.

Website ownership: the Terms say the design, layout and content OnlineChiro provides are its property, licensed to you while you’re a customer.

A real strength: clear published prices, a site you can edit yourself, and a strong focus on HIPAA-compliant patient communication. Its Google profile shows 4.6 from 38 reviews.

Best fit if: you want a low, predictable monthly price for a chiropractic website with SEO and patient education, and you’re happy to manage some of it yourself.

How CHIROBASIX differs: our website-only program is $150 a month for a custom-designed site, and our marketing programs add the ads, follow-up and CRM that OnlineChiro offers on request.

CHIROBASIX vs ChiroCandy

What they offer: ChiroCandy’s About page says it was founded in 2015, serves chiropractic and healthcare practices, and has had its systems used by more than 2,000 offices. Its pricing page covers Meta ads, Google pay-per-click, SEO and AI search, custom websites, streaming TV, TikTok ads, Voice AI, an AI chat and SMS assistant and a review program. It also sells a training program that teaches your own team to run its playbooks.

Pricing and terms: two published packages: Advertising Growth at $1,145 a month and Advertising + Search Growth at $2,290 a month (with SEO and a custom website). Single services run $199 to $795 a month. A typical setup is $1,000 one time, and ad spend plus AI and SMS usage are extra. Its FAQs say marketing services start with a 60-day setup period, then go month-to-month, and custom websites require a 12-month agreement.

Website ownership: its Done-For-You page says you own your ad accounts and patient records. Website ownership is covered in your agreement and isn’t published.

A real strength: deep paid-social experience, transparent pricing, and dated campaign stories on its pricing page that it labels as ad-platform leads rather than patients. That labeling is the kind of honesty I’d like to see more of.

Best fit if: Facebook and Instagram ads are your main lever, or you want training so your team can eventually run marketing in-house.

How CHIROBASIX differs: we work only with chiropractors, have no setup fee, and include our ENGAGE CRM in every marketing program. Texting, AI minutes and call tracking are included with usage limits.

CHIROBASIX vs Inception Online Marketing

What they offer: Inception, based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, says on its homepage that 2,500+ clients trust it, and it offers conversion-focused websites, Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram ads, and Echo, its patient engagement tool. Its chiropractic page adds SEO. It serves chiropractic, dental and vision practices.

Pricing and terms: prices aren’t on its service pages. Its Terms of Service list prices for practices in Colorado, Connecticut, Kansas, Maine and Massachusetts, including websites at $257, Google Ads management at $257, Facebook Ads management at $614 and a reviews program at $155, without stating the billing period. The same Terms set a 3-month initial term for websites, SEO and ads, then automatic 1-month renewals, and you can cancel after the first 3 months with 30 days’ written notice.

Website ownership: not published.

A real strength: short initial terms and a website-first offer with ads and patient engagement on top. Its Google profile shows 4.5 from 110 reviews.

Best fit if: you want a chiropractic website plus Google or Facebook ads on a short initial commitment, or your clinic also offers dental or vision care.

How CHIROBASIX differs: we publish one price list on our pricing page, marketing plans can be month-to-month from day one, and the website becomes yours after its 1-year term.

CHIROBASIX vs Doctor Multimedia

What they offer: Doctor Multimedia, founded in 2013 with offices in San Diego and Las Vegas, says on its homepage that it powers 10,000+ healthcare and wellness websites across medical, dental, chiropractic and veterinary practices. Its service levels page covers website design, SEO, social media, reputation management, email campaigns and three AEO (AI search) packages.

Pricing and terms: prices aren’t published; the service levels page describes four levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond). Its Contract Exhibit A says the agreement renews every 12 months unless you give written notice at least 30 days before the term ends, and an early termination fee of $999 applies if you agreed to a minimum term and cancel early.

Website ownership: “Website Ownership” is listed as included on all four service levels. The contract exhibit says your site stays on its hosting during the contract and is packaged for download when the contract ends; the content pages it supplies remain its property.

A real strength: scale and review volume. On October 28, 2026, its San Diego Google profile showed 5.0 from 3,535 reviews. Its AEO packages are spelled out in unusual detail.

Best fit if: you run a multi-specialty or integrated clinic and want one healthcare agency for the website, SEO and AI search work across all of it.

How CHIROBASIX differs: we work only with chiropractors, publish our prices, and run paid ads and patient follow-up as part of the same program.

Questions To Ask Any Agency Before You Sign

These are the questions I’d want answered in writing, whether you hire us or anyone above. Most of them come straight out of the terms pages I read for this article.

  1. What’s the full monthly cost? Ask about setup fees, ad spend, and usage charges for texting, AI or calls. Several agencies here charge some of these separately.
  2. How long is the first term, and how does renewal work? Ask how much notice you need, whether it must be written, and whether there’s a cancellation form or a cut-off date in the month.
  3. What happens to my website if I leave? Can you take the files, or do you have to rebuild? Who owns the content and the photos?
  4. Who owns the domain, the ad accounts and the Google Business Profile? They should be in your name, with the agency added as a manager.
  5. Will my email list and patient data come with me? Ask how to export them before the cancellation date.
  6. How many of your clients are chiropractors? Ask for named chiropractic case studies with dates and new-patient numbers, not just testimonials.
  7. What do you report on? Booked new patients tells you more than clicks or leads.
  8. Who actually does the work? Ask who builds the ads, who writes the content and who you talk to each month.

Want a head start? Our free Marketing Checklist is the 39-point scorecard we run on every new practice, and it works on any agency’s proposal.

Where CHIROBASIX Fits (and Who It’s Not For)

What we are: a chiropractic-only, done-for-you marketing agency, serving chiropractors since 2013. One team runs your website, local SEO and AEO, Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram ads, reputation management, email and text and the ENGAGE CRM with its Virtual CA AI receptionist. We report 200+ practices grown and 97% annual client retention.

What it costs (from our pricing page, October 2026): $150 a month for the website-only program, $2,300 a month for the full marketing program, and programs in between priced by the channels you need. No setup fee. Marketing plans are month-to-month, or annual for a discounted rate plus a media day. Websites come on a 1-year term. Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Meta or TikTok, typically $1,000 to $1,500 a month each for Facebook and Google.

What you keep: your domain, ad accounts, Google Business Profile, content, photos and videos, and your website once its 1-year term is complete.

Proof, as dated snapshots from our case studies:

  • Castle Hills Chiropractic, Dec 2024 to Jul 2025: average Google Maps rank went from 18.6 to 2.4 across a 49-point San Antonio scan (Website + Local SEO + Google Ads).
  • Cape Fear Chiropractic, case study published Jul 2026: went from 15 to 20 new patients a month to 35 to 45 after a rebuilt website and Google Ads.
  • Trident Health & Chiropractic, case study published Jul 2026: booking 20 to 30 new patients a month with a website plus Facebook and Instagram ads.

Who we’re not a fit for:

  • Clinics that aren’t chiropractic, or that want one agency across dental, eye care or medical services too. Doctor Multimedia, iMatrix and Inception serve those specialties.
  • Owners who want to run their own marketing. Every CHIROBASIX plan is done for you. ChiroCandy sells a training program, and OnlineChiro’s websites come with a built-in editor.
  • Anyone who wants the lowest possible monthly price for a template site. iMatrix starts from $99 and OnlineChiro from $129; our $150 program is a custom build.
  • Anyone who wants to own the website outright from day one. Our websites come on a 1-year term.
  • Large multi-location groups that need enterprise reporting. Ask about Perfect Patients’ Enterprise plan or a healthcare agency built for scale.
  • Practices outside the US. Perfect Patients and ChiroCandy both serve international markets.

How We Checked

Checked: October 28, 2026.

  • Services, pricing, contract terms and ownership: read on each agency’s own website, including its terms of service or contract pages, all linked above. When a site didn’t publish something, the table says “not published” instead of guessing. Terms in your own signed agreement override anything on a website, theirs or ours.
  • Google ratings: each agency’s public Google Business Profile on Google Maps, viewed October 28, 2026: CHIROBASIX, iMatrix, OnlineChiro, Inception and Doctor Multimedia (San Diego). “No profile found” means no profile came up under the agency’s name. We didn’t include G2, Clutch or other review sites.
  • What we left out on purpose: claims about other agencies’ results. We can’t verify them, so we only report what each agency publishes about its own services and terms.
  • Our own facts come from our pricing page, service pages and case studies, each dated.

We’ll update this page when a fact changes. If you spot something wrong, including about us, or you work at one of these agencies and something has changed, email hello@chirobasix.com and we’ll fix it.

Chiropractic Marketing Agency Comparison FAQs

How much does Perfect Patients cost? Perfect Patients doesn’t publish plan prices; as of October 2026 its pricing page describes Essential, Premium and Ultimate plans and asks you to book a call. Its support FAQ says plans start with a 12-month agreement, then renew month to month with 30 days’ written notice.

Are iMatrix (ChiroMatrix) and OnlineChiro the same company? Both websites’ footers name the same owner, MH Sub I, LLC dba Internet Brands, as of October 2026. They run as separate brands with separate pricing: iMatrix lists plans starting from $99, and OnlineChiro lists six packages from $129 to $588 a month.

How much does OnlineChiro cost? As of October 2026, OnlineChiro’s pricing page lists six packages from $129 to $588 a month, with Google and Facebook ads available on request. Its FAQ says there are no contracts; its Terms of Service say any initial term is set in your service agreement.

How much does ChiroCandy cost? As of October 2026, ChiroCandy publishes two packages: $1,145 a month for Meta and Google ads, or $2,290 a month with SEO and a custom website. A typical one-time setup is $1,000, and ad spend plus AI and SMS usage are extra.

What are Doctor Multimedia’s reviews? On October 28, 2026, Doctor Multimedia’s San Diego Google Business Profile showed a 5.0 rating from 3,535 reviews. It serves medical, dental, chiropractic and veterinary practices, and its published contract exhibit renews every 12 months unless you give 30 days’ written notice.

Do I own my website if I leave a chiropractic marketing agency? It depends on the agency, so get it in writing. Here, Doctor Multimedia packages your site for download when you leave and CHIROBASIX hands it over after a 1-year term. Perfect Patients, iMatrix and OnlineChiro say the site design or content they supply stays theirs.

How much does CHIROBASIX cost compared with other agencies? CHIROBASIX runs from $150 a month for its website-only program to $2,300 a month for its full marketing program, with no setup fee. Marketing plans are month-to-month or annual, and websites come on a 1-year term. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms.

Should I pick a chiropractic-only agency or a multi-specialty one? If you’re a chiropractor, a chiropractic-focused team already knows your offers, rules and local search. A multi-specialty agency like Doctor Multimedia, iMatrix or Inception can suit a clinic that also offers dental, eye care or other medical services under one brand.
