Website & Local SEO Case Study: How Castle Hills Chiropractic Ranked #1 in San Antonio

The challenge

Dr. Brent Johnson had spent a few years as an associate before opening his own office, Castle Hills Chiropractic in the heart of San Antonio. He knew exactly what he needed and didn’t have: a real website, someone to run Google and Google Ads, and SEO to get found. What he couldn’t do was build any of it himself.

What we did

CHIROBASIX took the whole thing off his plate. We built Castle Hills a custom website in just a few weeks, coordinating a photographer for in-office photos and a videographer for a homepage video, then layered on local SEO and Google Ads to push the practice up the rankings.

The results

The site didn’t just look custom. It ranked. Castle Hills showed up #1 even for searches roughly 20 miles away, which Dr. Johnson says noticeably boosted how many people were coming in. In his words, the work helped the business grow “literally from day one.”

The data tells the same story. In December 2024, a 49-point scan of Google’s local results across San Antonio put Castle Hills at an average map rank of 18.6, invisible across most of the city. Six months later, the same scan averaged 2.4, with Castle Hills #1 at 23 of the 49 points and in the top three at 40. And the organic footprint kept compounding: from 2 keywords at launch to 540 keywords ranking on Google by August 2026 (Semrush).
