We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps private practices dominate their local markets with proven marketing systems — websites, paid ads, SEO, reputation management, and automation, packaged into high-converting monthly programs. We generate consistent inbound demand, and we’re looking for a strong closer to take over sales and help scale the next phase of growth.
This is a consultative sales role — not order-taking. You’ll own the full sales cycle: qualifying prospects, diagnosing their marketing challenges, presenting solutions, handling objections, and guiding business owners into the right long-term program. If you enjoy strategy-based selling, building relationships, and closing meaningful deals (not pushing junk), this one’s for you.
What you’ll do
Inbound & active sales
- Take inbound sales calls and discovery meetings, and ask sharp questions to uncover each prospect’s goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Develop tailored marketing solutions, present packages clearly and confidently, and handle objections professionally.
- Guide qualified prospects through enrollment and onboarding, setting expectations properly before closing.
Lead follow-up & nurture
- Follow up across phone, SMS, email, and CRM sequences with multi-touch campaigns (including physical mailers when it makes sense).
- Keep warm prospects engaged until a decision is made, logging all activity in the CRM.
Outbound & pipeline development
- Run digital marketing audits for cold prospects, build and manage outbound lists, and verify lead data (websites, phone numbers, emails, decision-makers).
- Formulate and execute cold outreach (calls, emails, texts, mail), identify ideal-fit prospects, and book discovery calls.
CRM & operations
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records — update lead statuses and deal stages, log notes and next actions, track opportunities, and forecast pipeline.
“Off-call” productivity — downtime is pipeline-building time. Between calls you’ll run audits for outbound prospects, build lists, sharpen outreach sequences, review past lost deals for reactivation, research industries and competitors, refine scripts and objection handling, and spot upsell opportunities in existing accounts.
Industry events & travel — primarily remote, with periodic travel to represent the company at conferences, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings (occasionally several multi-day events a year). All approved business-travel expenses are covered.
What we’re looking for
Sales
- Prior B2B sales experience (marketing services, SaaS, or high-ticket services preferred).
- Comfortable running discovery calls and closing deals independently, with strong objection-handling and organized follow-up habits.
- A confident communicator on phone and video, with a results-driven mindset.
Marketing knowledge — a working understanding of websites, SEO/AEO, paid advertising (Google & social), lead generation, funnels/automation/CRM systems, and AI agents. You don’t need to be an execution expert, but you must understand what you’re selling and speak marketing “lingo” with business owners. Previous experience selling marketing services is a major plus.
Technical & process — comfortable with CRM systems, basic spreadsheet/data-entry work, following documented sales processes, and learning new software quickly.
Personal traits — self-motivated, coachable, organized, persistent without being annoying, professional and trustworthy, and comfortable with accountability and targets.
Who this is (and isn’t) for
It’s perfect for a strong closer who’s tired of weak leads and low-ticket offers, and who can own both inbound and outbound. It’s not for appointment setters (this is a closing role), anyone who needs constant hand-holding, or anyone uncomfortable with performance targets or outbound effort.
Compensation & success
We offer a competitive compensation package — the specifics are shared during the interview process.
Success is measured primarily by new monthly recurring revenue (MRR), deal quality and client retention, follow-up consistency, CRM accuracy, professionalism in client interactions, and clean new-client handoffs.
