Digital Marketing Specialist / Account Manager

CHIROBASIX is a marketing agency focused on high-quality digital marketing for chiropractic offices. Our Digital Marketing Specialist / Account Manager owns the execution of our marketing services and the day-to-day relationship with our clients — keeping campaigns performing and clients happy.

What you’d do
- Fully manage clients’ digital marketing efforts to drive results across every campaign.
- Own all client communication — phone, email, and text — proactively, with same-day responses.
- Document client requests and support needs in detail, and follow through on every one.
- Lead the internal fulfillment team and use project management to delegate and coordinate work across multiple people.
- Run monthly client meetings to review reporting and performance, then plan the next steps toward their goals.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience and keep satisfaction high.
What we look for
Communication & people — excellent written and spoken English, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and comfort running business conversations on phone and web meetings daily. High attention to detail, outstanding follow-through, and strong problem-solving.
Project management — strong organization, effective time management, personal accountability, and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
Technical skills
- Channels: WordPress websites, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile, and email marketing.
- PM & ops tools: ClickUp, Teamwork, Asana, Monday.com, and Slack, plus Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar).
- CRM: basic experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Keap, or HighLevel.
- Copywriting: basic marketing copy, an understanding of keywords for SEO, clean grammar/editing, and AI writing tools (ChatGPT).
- Graphic design: simple image editing/cropping and basic ad graphics in Canva, plus simple video trimming/resizing.
- Analytics: pulling basic metrics from Google Analytics / Tag Manager and explaining reports to clients in plain language.
The basics
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (with occasional flexibility).
- Location: fully remote.
