The challenge

Before CHIROBASIX, Calhoun Spine Care was effectively stuck on Google. For more than a year the practice hovered around 140 ranked keywords — barely visible for the searches that send new patients to a chiropractor in Calhoun, GA. The website wasn’t built to rank, and organic search was a trickle rather than a dependable source of new appointments for Dr. Blake Derrick’s team.

What we did

We rebuilt the website from the ground up and paired it with a focused local SEO program. The results

Per SEMrush, Calhoun Spine Care went from about 140 keywords to a peak of 1,996 — a 14× jump in Google visibility. Just as important, the growth held. Rankings climbed steadily through the back half of 2025 and into 2026, and the site still sits at roughly 1,957 keywords, retaining about 98% of its all-time peak.
