The challenge
When Dr. Scott Graziosa opened Life Aligned Chiropractic in American Fork, he was starting from zero on Google. An April 2025 local-search scan put the new practice at an average Google Maps rank of 8.6 — orange across Utah Valley, rarely cracking the top 3 outside its own front door — and its organic search footprint was essentially nonexistent. A great new clinic that almost nobody could find.
What we did
Dr. Graziosa signed on in July 2024 — before he’d even opened his doors. CHIROBASIX built Life Aligned a modern, conversion-focused website, then layered on Google Ads, Facebook ads, and local SEO to get a brand-new practice in front of a town where, in his words, he “didn’t know anybody.” The website does the converting: when an ad sends someone over, they “see a high-quality website” and “know what to expect by coming in” — so the patients who book are the right ones.
The results
The whole map turned green. By February 2026, the same 49-point scan averaged a Google Maps rank of 2.1, with Life Aligned ranking in Google’s top 3 at all 49 points measured — from Highland down to the lake. A practice that had a single top-3 spot now owned the entire grid.
Organic search told the same story from scratch. Per SEMrush, Life Aligned’s count of keywords ranking on Google grew from 0 at launch to 575 — an all-time high — climbing every quarter as the site and local authority compounded.
